U.S. Angus Beef Tapa

We Filipinos are very familiar with the "silog" meal right?! If ever you haven't eaten any "silog" meal,, ANYARE Kuya at Te?! Taga Pilipinas ka ba?! 

"TAPSILOG" is from the combined word of TAPa, SInangag na Kanin and ItLOG.. It is a traditional Filipino Breakfast Dish. If you want to try a "sosyal" tapsilog meal, well, better try this one!

Tapsilog Centrale is known for their affordable U.S Angus Beef Tapa and they also have the Wagyu Beef - silog!

I remember, my sister was the one who told me she dine here already. So now, it's my turn to check this out and here's our verdict!

I ordered their Original US Angus Beef Tapa. The price as of October 15, 2013: Php 138..

By looking at it, akala ko mabibitin ang tyan ko, that there's a need to order for a dessert.. Pero don't be fooled! Mabigat sya sa tyan! But if you have this really big appetite, then go and try their desserts! Then tell me kung ano masarap! :)

Our drinks: Php 50/each

For the taste, it has this salty sweet taste, and that's what I want. On my boyfriend's plate, it's really spicy! You can really taste the "sili".. Only thing is, di masyado malambot ung beef. Kinulang ng lambot. Pero di naman yung nakakangawit nguyain.

So far it's the best tapsilog I've tasted.. If I'll be craving for a tapsilog and pass through this area, I'll go dine again and will try their Wagyu beef-silog. Their Sausages looks enticing too!The best thing about this tapsilog is the price, It's Angus beef guys! 

Pagbalik namin dito, I'll definitely try their desserts na! 

For our bill, we paid, Php 401. Price is already good for two persons eating with drinks.

They are located at 11th Jamboree cor. Kamuning Road, infront of Alfred's Motor Shop. 

If you want to try this place out, here's how we made it here.

From Edsa Paramount, sumakay kami ng jeep going to Quiapo. We told the driver na sa may kanto lang kami, bago mag Puregold sa tapat ng Timog Ave. Pagbaba, tumawid kami sa Footbridge going to Timog, then ride a jeep again bound to Project 2 & 3.. Tell the driver to drop you off sa 11th Jamboree. Pagbaba nyo ng jeep, nasa kanto lang sya. Di kayo maliligaw. You'll pay the minimum fare sa jeep which is Php 8/each person.

Kung may sasakyan, kung galing ka ng sm north, drive along edsa, then turn right to Kamuning Rd. Then sa right side of the road, look for 11th Jamboree. Turn right pag nakita mo na yung 11th Jamboree.
